Creation
The fire has now begun burning
in the circle that captured the flame.
The spiralling dance of creation,
within the wheel that keeps spinning and spinning again.
The water that flows ever onwards,
meets the fire and a new form becomes.
The circle, the fire and the water,
keep moving and moving around.
The watchers look out from the shadows.
They watch as the circle ignites.
They wait for the dreamer who's dreaming,
to get lost in the dream of the song.
But the song that the dreamer is singing,
is the dance that has not yet begun.
The watchers sit thinking and spinning,
the thought that is dual and yet one.
The singer, the dreamer, the dancer.
The patterns of shadow and night.
The fire and the water are merging,
and bending and blending the light.
The watchers stand watching and waiting.
They watch the circle unwind.
The dreamer whose dreams they are dreaming,
and the dancer revolving in time.
The fire and the water are raging,
as the singer starts singing his song.
The deafening, screaming vibration,
that keeps turning and turning around.
The song that sung in creation,
becomes lost in the thunderous sound.
The fire and the water are spinning,
and spinning and spinning around.
